PRIVATE CLASSES
Private classes available one-to-one (or little groups) in order to develop a personalized and specific yoga and/or flexibility routine, based upon the individual requests. This classes are perfect for:
- UNDERSTANDING THE BASICS OF YOGA: history and philosophy, Yoga Sutras, breathing technique, bandha etc. Everything you need to know to start to go deeper into Yoga, physically, mentally and spiritually.
- DEVELOP YOUR OWN PERSONAL PRACTICE: build, discuss, develop or go deeper into your personal asana practice (Hatha-vinyasa based), considering your personal needs. Good also for beginners!
- DEVELOP YOUR FLEXIBILITY: together we can work on your own personal needs in order to improve your overall body flexibility, learning the importance of active and passive flexibility, strength, stability and breathing patterns.
This classes are available as single class or 4/6 classes pack, and the main goal is to develop a deeper awareness of your own body (and mind!) and a path specifically designed for you: each class is unique and specifically designed for YOU.
What I offer you is based on more than 15 years experience between gymnastic, acrobatics, circus, flexibility, dance and handstands. I’m certified as 200 hours Yoga Teacher in Hatha – Vinyasa and I’m continuing studying.
